Start with the time you have.

Illustrative trip lengths to discuss, rather than fixed packages.

7nights

A shorter stay

Useful when time is limited. Think through arrival, transfers and whether changing cities leaves enough time for your plans.

12nights

Room for both cities

One example is 7 nights in Makkah and 5 in Madinah. Reverse the balance if more Madinah time matters to you.

14nights

More time between moves

A longer stay allows more nights in each city. Review the additional hotel cost alongside your budget.

Illustrations only. Your travel dates, services, hotel availability and preferences determine the plan.

Rooms, access and transport.

Compare the arrangements behind the total, not just the headline price.

Who shares the room?

Double2-person occupancy
Triple3-person occupancy
Quad4-person occupancy

Occupancy describes how many people share a room. Confirm the actual beds, room size and any extra-bed arrangements with the hotel option.

Hotel access is more than metres.

Ask about the route to the entrance you’ll use, steps, lifts, crossings and any shuttle schedule. Review meals and room setup too.

A practical hotel comparison
Private or shared transport?
Private
A vehicle arranged for your party. Confirm the pickup, route, capacity, luggage allowance and included journeys.
Shared
Travel with other passengers. Confirm departure times, pickup points, possible stops and how much flexibility is available.
Road or rail between cities
Compare the complete journey, including station transfers, luggage and timing. Include these costs in your comparison.

These are arrangements to discuss, not promises that every option is included or available.

A written quote should make the plan easy to compare.

Use this layout to see the accommodation, services and conditions that belong alongside the price.

Flights, visa services, meals, ziyarat and transfers are included only when the quote explicitly lists them.
