- Every included flight, visa service, transfer and other arrangement.
- Total price, currency, exclusions and how long the quote is valid.
Check the commitment
- Whether availability and prices need to be checked again before booking.
- The required documents and when to supply them.
- The payment recipient, deposit, balance and deadlines.
- Cancellation, refund, supplier-charge and visa-refusal conditions.
- The booking confirmation and documents you will receive.
Check who to contact
Ask who handles your booking, how to reach them and what support is available during travel. Keep the final written quote and conditions with your booking documents.
